How long does it take to get my program after I join?

 

My goal is to have all new client programs built and reviewed within 2-3 days from enrollment. 

I love to get my clients motivated and fully engaged in their dash program as soon as possible!

How will my trainer measure my progress?

I will measure your progress in a variety of different ways, including changes in:

– Your strength levels
– Your weight
– Your body fat percentage
– Your body measurements (waist, arms, etc)

In addition, you’ll be taking regular progress photos, so you’ll also be able to see all of the visual progress you’re making!

When I’m a client, can I contact and ask my trainer questions at any time?

 I strongly encourage client/ trainer communication! Phone, Email and Video calls should be a scheduled by appointment based on the plan you choose. I strive to deliver the highest level of service.
